What Our Students and Parents Say

★★★★★Google review

“All the coaches have been so helpful”

“Everyone is just as kind and welcoming as the other reviews had mentioned. I’ve been to a few classes so far and all the coaches have been so helpful. I really like how they explain the logic behind each move as well, helps me understand better instead of just replicating moves. I was very surprised at the end of my first class how supportive and encouraging everyone was to a newbie’s process and first day :)”

“I’ve been training here ever since”

“Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. I was fortunate to find this academy back in 2018 and have been training here ever since. There are opportunities to compete but I’ve never felt pressure to do so. If you want to try a free class, just arrive before class starts and talk to the staff. Hope to see you on the mats!”

“I had no experience at all coming in”

“I came here because I wanted to quit smoking, get back in shape, and learn some self defense. I had no experience at all coming in and started with the free trial just to see how I liked it. Everyone is welcoming and the classes are fun while still being a good workout. If you’re even considering it, I’d say just come in and ask about the free trial.”
